You indicate that your mission andamp;acirc;is to exceed your customersandamp;acirc; expectations.andamp;acirc; Well, your company missed the mark with me. I feel that there was a lot of miscommunication on the behalf of your company and I had to pay for it with my money and time.
I will never use your company or will I ever recommend it to anyone because of the very poor services I received. Hopefully you treat other seniors better than I was treated.

We did contact you but there was no way we physically could do it at the initial time we thought we would. We apologize for that inconvenience. Two Men andamp; a Truck expertly arranged an amazingly successful Pick-up andamp; Delivery at the very last minute to assist a friend of mine who had just experienced the loss of her husband andamp; was at her wit's end...They coordinated this INDIANA job w/ me ( way out-of-town in DETROIT...) over -the-phone no less, while my friend was sitting, half collapsed on a pile of boxes sobbing in an empty house , just barely able to function at times.
This was nowhere near a normal moving job. In fact , C'mon ... most moving companies would've RUN , (not walked) in the opposite direction considering I was looking for help w/ a difficult andamp; tricky situation with NO ADVANCED NOTICE...none at all.
The office was incredible, the guys on the truck were unperturbed, not even close. They saved the day andamp; more than that!

Chris called me first thing in the morning and said he had a truck break down. My move was scheduled first thing that morning. He said he couldn't make it at that time because of the truck. I said ok. When the movers arrived they said that there was no problem with the truck and that they had another move. Now I had arranged my move around the time that I had scheduled, so needless to say I was not happy with that. If you company is going to schedule a time please be there at the time you say you are going to be there. Because of this I will probably not use your company again.
