We had 3 men, Alvin (in charge), Joe, and Louis. All 3 were excellent. Alvin was friendly and courteous with a professional demeanor, in perfect balance. He showed experience and intelligence in his decision-making while also considering others. He mentored by example, putting in more than his share of the lifting, etc. The job was more time consuming (larger) than expected but at no time did any of them show the slightest frustration. Instead, they worked harder and faster while maintaining the upmost care with my possessions. (At no time did they take any breaks.) They were all exceedingly patient and polite when I got in their way (more than once...). These three are prime examples of why we would/will recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone we know who needs anything moved!

The 2 men were very courteous and took good care of the furniture. They were fast and friendly.

Time frame was 11:30 to 1:30 for start at 1:25 finally got a phone call to say just leaving their first job. Inquired into travel time to me was told half hour which turned into 45 minutes. Communication needs to be much better as people get irritated just sitting and by the time movers actually turn up that irritation can be taken out on the movers.
Also felt there is to much nickel and dime add ones to the final price.

<div>You were the second job of the day. We tell our customers that sometimes first jobs can run later. We try to keep you informed as much as we can but it&rsquo;s extremely hard to do in the middle of a move of being able to tell exactly when we get done. We are sorry we are came 15 minutes later than what we said we were going to. You&rsquo;ve used as two times before so we were kind of surprised by the criticism.</div>
