The office staff responded prompt to my message. Very helpful. The men that showed up were professional and courteous. And on time! The move went smooth and fast. We have used them twice and I am very happy with their service.

The movers were great but they only brought one truck instead of two like they said and less guys. Had to help move all day and had to pay for additional guys and truck later that evening to get the move done. Took over 12 hours to complete move. The guys were great but were obviously very tired halfway through the move and you pay hourly. Office called next day and said I owed more money. Last guys that moved me into house had two trucks and six guys and only took 7-8 hours and cost $1000 less. Would of used for my next move but don’t want to deal with additional cost, hourly rate, and not enough men to get job done quicker. Office staff the next day didn’t care about what they did wrong from the beginning.

It was suppose to be less than 1 1/2 truck loads. It ended up being double. 3 truck loads were taken and you didn't pay the bill in full when it was pointed out the hours were not calculated correctly. It was also over 90 degrees so after 3 truck loads most people will be tired.</div>

Great guys, very cordial and friendly. Worked quickly and took care of the furniture and the house. Even had a brief downpour and they didn’t miss a beat. Great job guys!

Office staff did not post my apt.for drop off, only storage on my previous emails. Several of my calls to office were not properly addressed. The last lady I spoke with was quite helpful. I have not received a phone call with new amount of my VISA that was charged or a written notice. Tom had left message about change 2 days after. I spoke with lady on Sat. June 23 and verified my new address and wanted her to tell you to mail receipt to new address. The workers did a good job of packing,loading and unloading. They couldn't stack a wooden 2 part table because the legs were wobbly. They had to leave a few pieces behind. I would not use your service again. Your office staff dropped the ball on this one. Very happy with the service. The office staff was very helpful with preparation for the services. The movers were excellent. They went above and beyond. From the courtesy call to confirm when they would arrive to the care of the items moved was amazing. All three movers were polite, trustworthy, and very hardworking. I have never used movers before and had to this time. I have heard horror stories. After this experience, I will reccomend every one use Two Men and a Truck.

All three movers arrived right on time and ready to work. They hustled for us, and we appreciated it so much. We have two small children who were on site, and they were great with both of them. They took a great deal of care in regard to our items, and did a great job getting everything into storage AND making a final stop at our in-laws with the last items. We could not have been happier on what was expected to be a stressful day. Thank you for putting us at ease.
