Outstanding work ethic and care and protection of our furniture. However, the wood bed frames were deeply scratched in several places. The office came out and saw the damage and took pictures. It was very obvious that the damage was new. He said that they would send someone out to address the damage. The moving crew was so careful wrapping and protecting everything. Unfortunately the wood frames that got damaged were the only things that weren't protected. Assuming that the company repairs the damage, I would highly recommend 2 Men and a Truck.

I would make this recommendation. People moving are busy during the day. When the team is finished packing, they should REQUIRE a walk thru with the customer to make sure they packed everything as requested. Last night at 10:00PM I walked the house and discovered 2 cabinets and two closets that were not packed. Not necessarily the team's fault for all 4. But a final walk through would have caught the error. We will get it corrected this AM.

everything was really great. i did have a couple legs on my dining room table get broken but they said they would send someone out to fix it. they can either come fix it now or when we hire you to move us into the new house. either way great team effort in the move!

All went well. Arrived early. Hustled til the end. They were great and very helpful. Wanted to schedule them on a Saturday at 2 and they would only schedule at noon. Somewhat of an inconvenience but it all worked out.
