Everything was fine during loading until the wooden dining chairs were loaded. The legs were intertwined from every direction just to pile them in one area. There was plenty of room in the truck to load them on top of covered furniture to ensure they would not be damaged. I had the men remove the chairs (9 of them) to have them covered so they would not rub the finish off of each other. During the drive here the load shifted and the chairs and floor lamps were shifted and settled. 1 broken floor lamp and 5 scuffed up chairs were the result. The men were aware that I was driving across country not around town. Straps and rope were provided to prevent load shifting but not utilized correctly.

Workers were slow, and did not value my personal property, lots of unnessesary damage, I plan on sharing all of this experience on social media, with co workers and customers that will be buying and selling houses from me.

Movers were very polite. But things were broken and I wasn’t informed about. A cooler with expensive meat was left behind. Furniture was taken apart for moving and not reassembled in some instances. Very disappointed in the company. Had to keep reminding lead as to what was to be moved.

My only complaint was that the moving team did not line up my wall units and put the brackets in place. Also would suggest they check with the home owner regarding how far away from the outlets to place furniture. There was also some damage to my laundry room door frame when they moved the washer and dryer into this area. The door needed to come off and my brother-in-law had to tell them that in order to get the items into the room. The damage might have been avoided had they done that in the first place. Overall, they did a good job.

The tall guy was horrible, very bad attitude. He yelled at me asking why my elliptical wasn’t broken down when front office said it was fine not to break it down.My filing cabinet & couch were damaged.
Filing cabinet did not have one scratch but now I can’t open the top drawer.
My section couch is ripped in the corner so of course it wasn’t noticed until yesterday.
I want a new filing cabinet & repair to my couch as both were perfect before the move.
The worst part of the moving experience is the attitude of the tall mover(don’t know his name). Jose & new guy were awesome and polite. Both are an asset to your company. I would have recommended Two Men & a Truck but bc of the attitude of 1 mover downgraded your overall rating. He was so unpleasant & nasty throughout the entire move.

Movers were on time, courteous, and efficient. Even though the move took a half hour over the estimate I did not see any downtime or wasted effort. My only concern was the mover taking three larger 24 inch boxes with one marked fragile at one time with a hand cart. The process involved two small steps downward and even with the movers strength there was a slight bounce when the boxes dropped down. When unwrapping six broken plates and dishes were found. Although speed is important taking three heavy boxes down even a small step is too much. Other than that the moving experience was excellent.

Office staff was nice. Movers didn’t cover shoes or place runners to protect floor. Broke headboard, spoke to adjuster who was nice. Sent photos, but still waiting on resolution. Gouged walls in two places when placing furniture in bedrooms. Scratched the finish off the back of dining room chair, which was loaded upside down. Scratched dining room table when removing glass top. These last two went unnoticed until after talking to the adjuster as we waited to organize dining room last. Movers smoked outside door to home and left sprinkled urine on toilet.

We had an odd move - we are a cat shelter and were getting some cages from a local vet's office. We thought it would be fairly simple, but one bank of cages ended up having to be completely disassembled. The guys were great - they helped us do that and worked really hard to move these cages. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Office staff was not truthful. I told her that we had a small standup piano. She never said there was an extra charge. Later, when the movers told me, I called her and she denied I told her I had a piano. The 3 movers I called to move back to Indiana all asked if I had anything heavy to move. Standard practice.
