The problem was with the packers.
1. We had new boxes, but they used the ones they brought so we had to pay for those.
2. Some boxes were only half full, some less than half, and one had one 2 items. I have photos. And, again, we were paying for the ½ empty boxes when we should have been paying for many fewer boxes, had they been packed properly.
3. There appeared to be a lack of training as to what should be wrapped. Framed pictures were jammed in together without wrapping, including fine hand-mosaic frames with antique Persian miniatures.
4. Several things were left unpacked with the comment that those who actually move the boxes will put the last items in a large box. However, the items left included some fragile items and the packers left no boxes and no packing paper. The team that came to move the boxes was left to devise ways to handle the items. Which they did with astounding care and ingenuity, led by J. Perez.

I was disappointed that there were only 2 people assigned to my move. When I called to schedule, I told the person I used your company before and had the same amount of items.
Two years ago when I used your company I had a crew of three and they worked VERY hard. The two men that started my move deserve a raise. They were polite and professional, despite the task they faced. When they arrived at the destination there were two additional men to help unload. It was a tremendous help.
