It was a good experience except that the drivers did not know of the 200.00 credit I had on account. I did keep the receipt so it was not a issue in the end

My 3rd time using Two Men & a Truck and the service has always been the same-excellent. Right on time, courteous, helpful, careful, speedy and no padding the bill in any way. That last item is not always the case with other movers.

Overall the experience was excellent, but it ended on a very bad note. The team’s last stop was my storage facility and was jammed, instead of stacked. The unit has been effectively become unusable.
I hope someone will see this and contact me regarding repacking the unit.

The two gentlemen that showed up for moving my personal belongings were amazing. However, there was a mix-up. I was told by the phone representative that I would have 20 boxes available for packing. There were no boxes and the two men did not know that they needed to pack and transport my entire belongings. I had to purchase boxes, pack my things, and transport them to storage.

Your patience was commendable! Had to change dates several times due to the realtor dates. The 3 men worked very hard on a very hot day. All said and done, but wondering if my couch is ok?!

Movers were courteous and efficient. Moved what they could but some items could not be moved due to size and shape. Consequently, paid for partial completion of items we needed moved.
