My whole experience with the company was poor. The best part of the transaction (and it wasnt great) was the original booking. The move itself was a disaster. Started off being almost an hour late. I was promised 3 movers, one didnt show up. Not one item was wrapped, and multiple items were damaged. The local manager ended up removing one of the movers from the job and bringing a replacement. Mover had no damage report so I was asked to write it on the invoice which went unnoticed by staff. After a week, I called and got things rolling. After a month of poor communication, I settled for a disappointing settlement to be done. Never will use again and as a Realtor I will make sure everyone I know knows how this company operates. I know alot of people and social media is very effective.

Good experience for most part but afterwards movers had difficulty maneuvering truck and damaged large area of newly placed sod

Tony the driver and crew leader was amazing. His hard work and attitude was what got me through the tedious process of moving. His hard work was admirable. There was one issue where the moving process caused damage to the wall making the turn at a landing on the stairway and damage to a piece of furniture but the moving conditions were very difficult and any other crew would have given up where Tony persevered. I was very impressed with the hard work and attitude of the entire moving crew.

I hired two men and talked into three. One was playing on cell phone and standing around. They moved my bedroom set with a dolly and cracked it marble, broke legs and will not close anymore. They scratched my marble table. I paid for insurance too. Very upset and paid 600.00 to move 15 mins and wrecked it! Very upset.

The movers were very nice, friendly, and worked extremely hard. They became overwhelmed at the end and got too tired. I’m thwir defense it is a large house with much walking up & down stairs. We had boxes labeled to go upstairs and some downstairs but they were left on the main floor. There was much damage unfortunately. Major scratches to my new wood floors, a dented wall and major damage to my deck stair. I sent photos of the scratched floor and deck stair & am waiting for someone to get back to me. I am mad because they never told us about the deck. I don’t know who of the 4 moved the patio table off the deck but clearly they dropped it. They used slides under the dresser but still it scratched the top coat off the wood floors. So please contact me to repair the damage to those areas.

They damaged my brand new house and had to babysit them since it happened right away.

Our movers were Noah, Zachary and Zach. They worked hard, estimated time well and were pleasant. I was surprised when they could not take all of our belongings (some floor lamps and a large wooden wall hanging) because they said there was no more room on the truck. One floor lamp came to our new place without all its pieces--so it can no longer be used. We didn't notice that until a few days after the move. On moving day, we noticed some damage on a wooden dining chair, but accepted that. Noah did a good job of explaining the process.

Everything was fine during loading until the wooden dining chairs were loaded. The legs were intertwined from every direction just to pile them in one area. There was plenty of room in the truck to load them on top of covered furniture to ensure they would not be damaged. I had the men remove the chairs (9 of them) to have them covered so they would not rub the finish off of each other. During the drive here the load shifted and the chairs and floor lamps were shifted and settled. 1 broken floor lamp and 5 scuffed up chairs were the result. The men were aware that I was driving across country not around town. Straps and rope were provided to prevent load shifting but not utilized correctly.

Workers were slow, and did not value my personal property, lots of unnessesary damage, I plan on sharing all of this experience on social media, with co workers and customers that will be buying and selling houses from me.

Movers were very polite. But things were broken and I wasn’t informed about. A cooler with expensive meat was left behind. Furniture was taken apart for moving and not reassembled in some instances. Very disappointed in the company. Had to keep reminding lead as to what was to be moved.
