The moving crew was fantastic! Had some communication issues with the office staff - It appeared the office staffer was a trainee (not native speaker?) and required to go thru an entire house checklist despite our move of only two pieces. Price was a bit high - we used only two hours of the three hour minimum Friday weekend rate. But what is important is that Grandma's furniture made it here in excellent condition. I'm happy.

In a world where customer service and professionalism are hard to come by, I can confidently say that, Two Men and Truck, is an excellent choice.
From the moment that the team arrived, you could tell that they loved their jobs. It was clear that the team believed in the company philosophy and embodied the core values and high ethical standards. The process was like a well-choreographed dance. Everyone knew their part and it was seamless.
I would like to mention that DeShawn Clark, Cory Yakim, Matt Moreno, Matt Wieczorek and Melissa Michael were simply outstanding. They took the stress out of an already stressful situation.
I do not anticipate that we will ever move again, but if we do, we will defiantly use Two Men and a Truck.

I had heard many great things about two men and a truck nationally and locally. However the service that was provided on the day of my move was VERY disappointing. The day I moved it was raining, and the movers were not going to wrap my furniture before taking it outside/into the truck. This not only included my furniture but also my bed. While moving my bed from the truck into my new place the movers stood outside for 5 minutes while it was raining with my mattress completely unprotected. They didn't come prepared with any sort of tools to disassemble furniture, but instead had to call and wait for tools to be delivered and when I found a screwdriver for them to use, they had me disassemble my furniture. My suggestion is to proceed with caution when hiring the SB Two Men and A Truck!

Well, after speaking with the person sold me on their services, I was under the belief that they were going to be at my place on Noon or close to it the day of my move. The movers were two and a half hours late and this threw off everything and cost me extra expense because I hired molly maids to clean at 2pm thinking that two hours of work my place would be empty. This caused molly maids to have to hang around for an extra hour and they still weren't able to clean everything I needed them to. Also, they did wreck a piece of my furniture. The person who called to see how my satisfaction offered to discount the extra hour for molly maids and have someone call me to fix my piece of furniture so this redeemed the company in my eyes. Lesson learned, make sure you are the first of the day.

we had a great moving experience, all the way from the quoting process, to the guys doing the move - very professional and courteous, a call in the middle of move from your office making sure all was ok and a call after was done ensuring everything still ok
this was a very professional team and I am very happy with the service, your price was competitive, but worth every penny.
we will DEFINATELY use you guys if we need in the future ( I hope not, moving is a pain!), but your whole team made it as enjoyable an experience as possible.
