Your movers showed up over an hour-and-a-half late to move my 94-year-old father-in-law to a Waterford retirement apartment, but that's not the worst of it. The movers failed to properly assemble my Dad's bed after the move, i.e., they only hand-tightened the screws holding the bed frame to the headboard. As a result, the bed broke after Dad was sleeping on it just after two nights in the apartment. And he hurt his finger trying to fix it. When he called your office for assistance, you failed to send someone out to fix the problem. So my brother-in-law had to do that with his tools. Poor experience for us!! I plan to contact Kelli Collins at Waterford and tell her about this. We would never use your moving company for anything!

My movers did not arrive until more than two hours after the later end of my estimated arrival time. My family and I had arrived at my storage unit an hour before my estimated arrival time to organize my belongings to make the movers' job easier, then we have to sit at the storage unit for five hours waiting for their arrival (we couldn't leave as my belongings were outside of the unit). It was a hot day, and waiting was miserable. The movers themselves did a good job, but the office team definitely messed up.
