Couldn’t be more pleased with my recent move, and with Two Men and a Truck. Everything went as I was told up front. The movers arrived on time, they were very friendly, willing and considerate....they even tried saving me money by getting the job done ASAP! Took care of my personal belongings, and set everything up once we arrive. Couldn’t have been a better experience from the time I made the reservation, to the time I signed off on the completed contract. Thanks to all at Two Men and a Truck.

The movers did an excellent job, very careful with securing things, however, they work by the hour and they spent half the time trying to shrink wrap the property as the wrap was thin and tearing easily. I only had a hutch, table and 4 chairs, tool chest on wheels, and TV and 2 stands and it took 4 hours to move it 15 miles with two persons. It came in slightly over the estimate. I do not like the hourly rate, would rather be charged by each piece. Some people work slower than others and if they are going to charge by the hour, give them quality supplies to expedite the move. The movers were trying to almost disassemble things that did not need to be disassembled, maybe to do a good job or maybe to add time, don't know which! Upon arrival they tried to add an hour.

The worst move we have ever encountered. We have moved over 10 times and never had the problems that we were subjected to. Multiple pieces of furniture damaged, upholstered furniture not paded and protected, wasted time in taking pictures and writing up damages, taking apart products instead of wrapping and moving them. Their lack of professionalism easily wasted two hours of billable time.

My entire experience was phenomenal. My three movers were unbelievably kind and thoughtful. I have already rescheduled them to do more work for me. You are so lucky to have Kali, Matt, and Jovan. They worked so hard. They made the move pleasant. They were very professional and had a great sense of humor. I have requested they do more work for me next month. Excellent move. The office staff-Melissa and Jeremy were great too. Thank you so much. They worked in 90 degree weather and never complained. They restored my faith in the work ethic of today’s young people!!
