My overall experience was the best, I loved how the team worked together. They were very polite, a great sense of humor and they did not hesitate to figure out a solution with the difficulty of moving furniture in or out. I really liked the three gentleman and I mean gentleman. They worked very hard. I felt bad for not giving a tip due to unexpected costs. I hope this survey gives them the compensation they deserve.

The guys that came out to move my cousin were nice, but didn't seem all that experienced and banged her furniture on the iron railings all the way up the stairs. Gregory tripped on one of the stairs and they dropped one of her dressers and now the top front left corner of the dresser is broken. They didn't wrap the couch, loveseat, or chair and they were brand new and had the pillows attached and so they stuck out and I kept telling them to push them in but they just pulled them through the doors not caring if the pillows ripped or not. I asked about the straps that you can use to move heavy items easier and they said they didn't like to use them so they didn't. Also, I had informed the office that her bed would need to be taken apart and set back up and they forgot the screwdriver!!

I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the team. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The crew carefully wrapped and protected my furniture before loading into their truck. They even stayed below estimated time which was a nice surprise. Well done!!

Two Men and A Truck provided essential skills and resources to complete our move. The team that was sent to handle our move were very efficient and hard working. They worked quickly and handled our furniture with care and precision.

I was told on the follow up call Monday that I would hear from a manager but haven't. The move took twice as long as expected so I paid twice as much. The two 'men' were actually two 20-yo kids who were friendly & eager but did not know how to manage their time. I told them furniture was the #1 priority & they should talk to us if they couldn't do it all in the estimated timeframe & we would prioritize what to take. They agreed, proceeded to take over an hour to over-wrap furniture from the basement, ran out of wrap so the good furniture didn't get wrapped, and we ended up moving a recliner, oversized chair and ottoman, &office chair ourselves, plus large/heavy flat files are STILL sitting at the first house. Could say more-not happy, won't recommend but will share my experience instead.

Took the stress and work load off of my husband. The experience was well worth it. I'm glad my sister told me about this!

We are incredibly disappointed with the service. Not only did the move take about 7 hours to move a bed, a couch, two dressers, a desk.... no boxes, just a two bedroom apartment worth of furniture, the movers took about an hour and a half of breaks. They also put a hole in our ceiling, broke off part of a wall, and put a ton of scrapes in the paint down to the drywall. No mention was made of the ceiling hole before they left. For $1500, I expected much, much faster and better quality service. We called into the South Bend office several times with no response, and had to complain to corporate to get any response. We will not use this company again.
