My experience was pleasant and efficient. Definite would refer others to your service.

My Estimator Jeremy left the company - I wasn't notified - found out 3 working days before my move when I called to go over last minute details. A procedure for finalizing the list of items to be moved should have a final check with the customer.
The truck was late. When I called Option 3 - "Move in Progress", but got voicemail not a person. The truck had a battery failure after arriving at my house - started 2 + hrs late. I did not have them load as much as they could - so the biggest pieces made it onto the truck. I said I would take the smaller stuff myself in my van later, rather than scheduling a second trip on another day. The movers were pretty adaptable and so was I, so the move was rough (it ran until 10 pm) but manageable. Problem is with management (staff level & maintenance)

Movers had great attitudes and office staff was very helpful.

The movers had positive, happy attitudes and worked extremely well together. Genuinely seemed to love their jobs!

The movers arrived on time and they were courteous. The office staff was very good at explaining the services and cooperating with my needs.

Becca was very helpful. She was very patient and polite! The 2 gentlemen were also very polite and professional. They were very careful with the move and I appreciated that - even when I expected them to be frustrated with the heaviness of contents and difficulty of the job, they did not make their frustrations known and kept a good and professional attitude.
They are hard working individuals and I wish them all the best . I would definitely recommend them to others and use this company again.

These 2 men were extremely professional and helpful and accommodating. If I have to move again, I will request these two.

Two Men and a Truck did a great job. Only thing that I felt maybe could have been a little better was the pack job. The guys missed some things and packed some glass products without paper. The load and unload were awesome, quick, and professional.

On the day of my move, I was extremely distraught due to starting my divorce. I was a nervous wreck and couldn't think straight. The two men that helped me move were extremely sympathetic and caring. They offered their condolences and told me not to worry about a thing and that they would handle everything. They took over and made sure that nothing was left behind. They constantly asked questions about what was going and what was staying. They asked where to put things at the new house. They were fast and energetic. They made my worries go away. These gentlemen deserve a raise, a promotion and recognition for their efforts. They worked as a team and would be prime examples of leadership for any new hire to your company. Please see to it that these gentlemen get recognized for their effor
