Only problem was that we asked the crew to breakdown all boxes when finished putting items in our dumpster. They did not break down the boxes adding to a lot of wasted space and therefore the dumpster filled up too quickly.

The movers were very friendly and good. My only critiques are that once they realized they would be done sooner than expected, they seemed to slow down on doing things. So, it ended up taking about the same amount of time as quoted. Also, the guys were having a little too much fun with having snowball fights rather than hustling to get items unloaded. There was also about a half hour where one of the guys was taken to help with another job. I don't believe we were credited for that time.

The guys were fantastic. I was sick during the move, and they even checked on me every once and a while to make sure I was doing okay. Overall they were delightful and I will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck. In fact, I already have!

They did not work as a team. Kept playing around, locking other worker out of the building. Waited for younger worker to do most of the work. Stepped on my laptop and popped out the screen. List a wheel for my chair that we found later in the snow where the truck was loading my stuff. Told office that the wheel was not on the chair when they picked it up. Forgot my glass table tops. Said I wasn't their to sign papers and I was, that's why I witnessed their behaviour. They LIED!

It took FIVE HOURS for the entire team of workers to load the following items and drive them two blocks down the street: 4 desks, 1 lateral file (4'), 2 credenzas, one table, 4 desk chairs, 6 side chairs, 1 wall unit and 35 boxes (bankers boxes). We did not know that we would have to stay at the old place to make sure they kept working. We returned twice and they were standing around. They damaged property with the move also. Very dissatisfied. When I called the office no one could locate the movers. Very dissastisfied. This should have been a 3 hour move and they tried to charge 8 hours. They finally dropped it down to 6.5 which is ridiculous. They lied to us at the time they quoted the move, also.

On my moving day, everything went wrong. The electric company, the apartment complex, the bank, inspectors-there was a problem at every turn. Austin and Matt saw how stressed I was and got to work quickly, working with me even though I was practically tearing my hair out. Even when the apartment complex left old furniture in their way, my movers worked around it and made my experience so easy. I was somehow more calm after they finished than I had been all day. We could not have been happier with a moving company or movers-I would hire Austin and Matt again in a heartbeat!
