My husband facilitated my parents actual move. I did the leg work. He said the guys were phenomenal. They were friendly, prompt, professional, respectful, careful, and told me to give them a great review even before a survey came. So, that's it! Highly recommend.

I have been been very satisfied with the servcie in general. However, I was upset to learn that the items I had requested to bere packed from the garage were not touched. I had asked one of the men to let me know when they were going to pack the garage to let me know so that I could remind them of what I wanted. Later, when they told me they were about done, I asked about the garage and he answered andamp;acirc;We already did thatandamp;acirc;. I was so tired that I did not check the garage until a day later, and was shocked to see that nothing had been touched. There were no valuables involved, but several items that I did want to take with me to Maryland. I do wish them a who told me the garage was packed had conferred with the others before assuring me it was all done.
