From the first communication with my awesome moving consultant Marybeth to the final steps of our move with Carl and Reed, the whole process was excellent! The move involved a piano and an additional stop and both Carl and Reed not only did a fabulous job of taking care of our stuff but maintained a positive, upbeat, fun attitude the entire time. The CCR rushed me when confirming my move. I had to call back the confirm I was booked for packing. The moving team came unprepared, damaged several items while packing, they didn’t follow directions, they placed boxes and furniture in the storage unit in a manner that boxes are being crushed, I can’t access most of it, and I had to rent a second unit to accommodate their poor organization.

The guys were great. Never once complaining about climbing two flights of stairs, which is more than I can say for the company that delivered my new couch a few days later. Moving team was fantastic - on time, professional, focused and well-trained. Typically one doesn’t look forward to moving and can imagine all sorts of ‘difficulties’ - but this team was phenomenal (particularly handling heavy heirloom furniture that needed to be lifted and placed CAREFULLY on our second floor). Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Two Men and a Truck again!
