The 3 men that moved me were so friendly, polite, professional, and fast. They were very accommodating and attentive. I was so lucky to have Peralta, Westfield, and I couldn't read the other name, it looks like Cornwall or Corkwell. I was so excited that day that I couldn't remember their first names. But they were the greatest and they represented your company very well and with the utmost respect!

The guys were fast and efficient at the same time which I appreciated to help keep the rate down. You do need to say something to your home office as I almost didn't go with Two Men And A Truck. Corey (sp?) at your home office where my call went to told me the Trip Charge was $600!...that made my moving estimate $1200-$1500. So you can imagine my jaw hit the floor when I heard that amount for a move across town! What saved the whole deal was you could do the move on the day I needed and my family used you before so you came highly recommended. Thank goodness the Trip Charge fee was wrong, even after I guestioned the total amount and Corey said he had double checked and all correct. It's all good, mistakes happen. Just didn't want it to happen to someone else. You still have my referral! :)

Love the crew love them love them very professional. They always ask me something first before they done it they worked well with each other. Communicate with each other at all times. I truly enjoyed my time with them. We laughed a lot thank you for sending an outstanding crew

I hired your company because of past experience with their service even though a friend warned me that they had experienced damage to their belongings. Because I hadn't had trouble, I trusted your company. However, they broke one of the swivel feet on my sewing desk, pulled out two shelves in a book case which were stapled to the back of the bookcase and not meant to be removed. They also came very close to destroying my television set by dropping it because they removed part of the base which was not meant to be removed. None of this was mentioned to me or my son-in-law who was also present. If I hadn't been fairly close, I wouldn't have even known how close they were to destroying my TV.

Movers were very friendly and courteous. Our furniture was treated like it was their own. The leader was a good organizer and the sequence of loading made a lot of sense. The move took less time than I thought it would. Nice work by all!

All of the gentlemen in the move were professional, thorough, listened to my needs, friendly and extremely polite. They were a joy to work with and they will definitely be the movers I choose for my next move. I will always highly recommend Two Men and A Truck. Thanks guys!!!!

There seemed to be a disconnect between the initial encounter with the person who initially came to do an assessment and what happened, in reality. For instance, I was told there was going to be two trucks in the first day, there was only one. We clearly had enough things in our household to fill two trucks, and then some. They also knew that I have a wood burning pizza oven and a BBQ island and would have needed heave equipment to move them. The Bobcat forklift did not come until the second day. On the second day I was told I could save money because it would require 3 movers we had six. The service we received was very good, but again there was a disconnect, and I suspect it was to generate a larger fee.

Also, in the terms and conditions, it seems excessively self protective for you.

We had Jordon and Dakota and they were very quick and thoughtful. Very thorough. The office staff were very thorough and helpful as well. I knew what was going on the whole time. Would use again.

The crew arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and were careful moving my possessions. There was no damage and they were very pleasant to work with.
