Used four men. All contributed. Hustled pretty much throughout. Occasional mistakes. A bit less careful unloading versus loading.

Team leader was not qualified, bad attitude, poor direction, disrespect for property and dwelling.
Would NOT USE AGAIN or recommend.

Hard working team. One had not had a bath in a month. These guys could never had been trained in moving. Maybe they were day laborers in new t-shirts. If they were moving collage kids furniture they would be fine. But with new furniture they did not understand the basics. That one guy does not manhandle an easy chair 2 guys should work together do so. DID anyone tell the team that you DO NOT slide furniture on hardwood floors? AND why would you carry items thru a 32" garage door when just 20 feet away there is a 36" front door?
Telling a customer they must initial that they had arrived or they would not off load the truck is very dishonest in that the customer is signing that items were delivered in good condition & they have no way of knowing if any damaged occurred. Very poor results

The 3 young men were very professional and did a wonderful job

The reservation was easy to book, the office staff were courteous and explained everything fully and followed up promptly. The movers were great...good attitude, efficient, and friendly. Everyone made my moving day a great experience.

All three guys who moved us were fantastic and ran all day long and had very positive attitudes. Made me tired just watching them

The team was great, let me know ahead of time so I could meet them at the storage unit. They were careful with my things, and brought any existing damage to my attention, which I appreciated. Great guys, would recommend them to anyone moving! I also appreciated the explanations I received and the phone calls to ensure the team had arrived and were doing a good job. All in all, fantastic service from beginning to end.

I was so impressed with the men that came and moved our belongings. They were polite, took the time to ask about the items that they were moving, treated everything with great care. They were so fast I was set up in my new home hours before I thought I was going to be. They even offered to help set up furniture where we wanted it in the new place. There is no other moving company I would consider after having great service like this.

Pricing change a lot in 7 years. Expected some but not almost double. Experience of crew was green. Good attitudes but new to moving.
