We were very pleased with the whole moving process. Tricia was great to work with as she walked us through how the process worked and paperwork. The estimator that came out to the house to assess our needs was punctual and answered all our questions. The moving crew arrived on time and was very professional and took care with our belongings. They worked well together and were very efficient.

The guys came not fully prepared. They didn’t have Allen keys to disassemble the beds. I asked to lay down runners or blankets on the brand new carpet, they didn’t. I told them several times what to take but still my Christmas decorations were left at the previous residence as well as the power supplies to my couch and chair. They drove the long way to the new residence to waste more time.

Joseph and Victor were excellent with communication, wrapping, packing, moving, and unpacking. They were also great with my 94.5 year old parents and their specific emotional needs on the occasion of leaving their home of fifty years for an assisted living apartment.
