The moving team was excellent especially considering the ice/snow storm they were working around. The complete lack of communication from Zack (?) in the office was disappointing considering my previous experience with the franchise. It seems a little backward that the customer should have to call the office for updates when the schedule needed to be pushed back almost 3 hours... maybe next time be proactive and call the customer before they have to call you... and then actually follow up when you say you will with any pertinent information.

Dakota and Jake were our movers. They did a great job! They both were great to chat with and were extremely professional with our possessions. I'd have both of them do another move for me if needed. They moved quickly, but efficiently.

Two Men and a Truck were awesome. The guys worked really hard and were very nice. They took care of our belongings and made sure that things were safe and cared for. They really were the best and if we ever move again we would use Two men right away. Thank you for all that you guys did to move us.

Very good. The team was very efficient. Cost came in below estimate because we moved some material. The team who moved us came up one man short due to one member quitting after an hour on the job. The two who remained were exceptional. Thank you!

It was a horrible day with ice and snow and the crew did absolutely AMAZING. They were hard workers with great attention to detail and absolutely incredible efficiency. They worked very well as a team and completely moved my 3 bedroom house in under 3 hours!
