My dining room table was severely damaged during the move. Specifically two legs were broken. The service provided during the claim has been extremely poor. Specifically low communication, direction and duplicate requests for information previously provided.

Your team was on time and worked diligently to get the move done as quickly as possible while still maintaining a safe a cautious environment. Julian was especially helpful to the others offering suggestions on how to handle items. His experience truly showed through!

It was a very professional and timely experience. The two young men were efficient and kind. Careful with my belongings and didn't waste any time getting the job done. I couldn't ask for a better pair of gentleman to do a great job. They were great and the move was smooth. Well appreciated. And Matt was very knowledgeable.and available when I had any questions. Any move is hard but this was by far the best. Thank you . Thank you Joi Thompson.
