The men who moved me were good. Were not wearing masks when they arrived, but took mine and wore them. Quick to move and help out when needed. One problem, they didn't put my bed frame together properly, left one piece behind in the old place. Haven't yet been able to sleep in my bed yet. Because of the holiday, office member cannot come to remedy this until Saturday, one week later.

One of the guy s was fantastic. He was courteous and attentive to my family’s needs and didn’t complain. The other two were kinda stoic and rude. They didn’t seem to want to be there and work. Kept trying to find excuses not to load everything and have to where I’d have to do extra work. That’s not what I paid for.I mentioned how I felt and the lead seemed like he didn’t care at all.

The guys, Zach, Preston and ?, really did a good job, hustled and were polite.
My only advice would be, your crews should have masks and offer to wear them. Every household is different and the customer should not have to ask!

We also ensure that every truck is fully stocked with hand sanitizer and disinfectant for in between jobs. Zach, Jordan, and Daniel were great. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and even saved me some money by getting done sooner than the estimated time. They were very patient with me when I changed my mind a couple of times about where I wanted some of my furniture. I would definitely recommend this crew!

Our move was the afternoon timeframe. The young men worked vigorously moving us from our home to or new loft on the fourth floor. Only one elevator and several residents sharing it that day. Long afternoon for them. They remained cheerful and professional throughout the entire process! Thank you!!
