The office staff was friendly and professional, but too vague on pricing. I expected the movers to be somewhat later than the set arrival time because they had a move before me, but not 3 hrs late. Aside from that, I watched them stack my belongings on dolly bed in a nonsensical kind of way, and then when things fell on the ground they laughed. Vaping in front of us when signing closing the move.

Regarding the pricing, our standard of excellence is to perform an on-site estimate for your home to provide accurate pricing and give you a clear outline of how your estimate is built. Your movers clearly acted in an unprofessional manner. We will be taking proper disciplinary actions and requiring further training for those movers to prevent this from happening again. The moving crew did a nice job with loading/unloading the truck, but unfortunately, the space needed was underestimated, requiring additional trips by the customer. Two items were damaged, but everything else survived the trip.

Daniel, Desmond, Mason and Zack put in a full day moving us from home to home. Daniel was methodical and efficient as a team leader, something of great benefit for the occasion. They accommodated our requests during the move. All behaved as gentleman - professional and friendly, and happily kept at the task until it was finished. Thank you so much!

Found your staff to be helpful, and your crew to be hard working. Pricing fair, but experienced a disconnect between your site evauluator and your moving crew which should be addressed. Overall... very satisfied.
