We were very dissatisfied with the gentlemen that moved us. At least three of them damaged walls, stair posts, outdoor item, etc. When I showed the damage to the gentleman in charge, he acted surprised, but took pictures of everything I showed him and sent to the office. He told me someone would call the next day. Haven’t heard a word.

The movers were fantastic...best group ever!!! They took great care with my furniture. They were very pleasant and kind!!!! My only issue with the process is that I ended up paying WAY more than my estimate. I told the office staff I have a lot of steps in New apartment, but somehow that fact was ignored. I had planned to tip the great movers a lot, but I couldn't because of the much higher $$

My moving team was awesome. The only complaint I have is paying $60 for the estimate. No other company I’ve used does that.

Hello Jordan. There must be some confusion on your bill. We do not charge for estimates. It is illegal to do that. Please call our office to confirm your bill was correct, we want to make it right if we made a mistake. Our office number is 217-331-6076.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was EXCEPTIONAL!!! From scheduling to the move day the staff was ver professional and helpful!! Dee and Walker were my movers and they were very professional, courteous and efficient! They arrived right on time and the move was completed under the estimated time. I highly recommend and will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again!
