Easy to work with and the movers were fantastic!

Cory and Alex did a great job for me moving my mom to a new assisted living community.
We were surprised by the black mold under the curio and I understood why they were not able to move it.
But to my surprise they forgot some items in her closet, very large pictures and mirrors, which Cory had indicated could be wrapped in moving blankets on the truck.

Overall, great job.

Our movers were Micah & Curtis & they were on the ball, fast & polite. I was feeling sorry for them with all the hard work they were doing. There was a little bit of communication problem between what the office told me & what the two movers was told but it was all straighten out & the move went smoothly.

Antonio and Jay were our two movers and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Both men were very attentive to our needs, took great care with our furniture and made our move across town very smooth and timely. Both gentleman were very professional and congenial.

Michael was wonderful at being patient and knowing that we were in limbo and waiting to identify when we could move.
Curtis was an efficient and communicative mover and able to direct the flow of furniture.

Curtis, Quan & Nick (in training) were courteous to me & careful when moving my items. They completed the job well under the estimated timeframe.
I've already told several people what a great job they did!

The office staff was professional and very nice to work with. Michael answered all my questions. The moving crew was fantastic, easy to work with and always willing to help on any way. They kept asking me if they needed to move anything to a better place of my choosing. They were professional and fun to work with!!! I want to thank each of the crew personally but I lost their names. Thank you all!

Antonio and Chris did a great job!

The moving team was very good, efficient and conscientious. However, the management team did not estimate my job well and it required a third truck that was not available and more movers that were not available. This created a tense situation with me and the people buying my house. They need to have more trucks, more movers who are better trained. There should've been a walk through of my goods.
