I couldn't say enough good about how hard they worked to get us moved.
My only complaint is I was billed for five and half hours, but only used the movers for four hours and twenty six minutes.
So I was billed for an extra hour.

Hi Kenneth, the move time starts when our movers leave the office and ends when they return. That may be where the disconnect is with the billing. If you would like to discuss this further please call us at 815-633-3600.
