The truck was late, about 1 hr. due to changing windshield wipers. I understand that as it was raining but they did not call to inform me of that. Once they got there they met or exceeded my expectations and redeemed themselves. I would refer them to anyone that needed that service in the future.

I am not to happy with the fact the movers argued with my mother about putting the furniture with together when office staff a sure it was part of the deal. Also not happy with the fact they left the wrapping on all the furniture. This is the first time I was not completely satisfied with what they did.

If your movers are going to be late to a move make sure to communicate that to the person. Movers were 2 hours late and I received no phone call from anyone I had to call 2 times and were told no one could get should of the movers or track their GPS. I would have been ok with them being late if I would have had communication but your company failed to do so.

Two young men rang the bell and toured the rooms and saw the items they would move. No time was wasted. They quickly and efficiently began to load the truck. They knew how to move everything and maneuver the corners or tight spaces. Everything was wrapped or padded for the move. Nothing was broken or damaged. The actual time involved was less than the estimated amount. The beds were set up in no time. They moved things when I asked for a different location promptly. They were pleasant and always polite. Not one negative word was spoken. I am happy to refer Two Men and a Truck in Rockford, IL, for these reasons. They could be called Two Angels and Truck. They came to do the impossible for us by carrying the heavy load. Our stress from moving was definitely alleviated by them.

Unfortunately, the experience was not so good. I received a call the day of first telling me they would be late, then I received a second call asking if I could reschedule to a different day. This was extremely unprofessional and caused me to panic since I was selling and closing on my condo on the following Monday. Rescheduling was not an option and I told the worker to figure it out. Apparently, they did not have a truck available for my move due to an eviction the following day in which they had no where to put the belongs. I was told that they had to rent a 3rd party truck for my move... The whole thing was not professional and I still had to pay full price. Would not use or recommend the company again.

My movers were AMAZING. They almost make me want to move again, just for the heck of it - They made everything so easy. One of the movers even handed me a box that I labeled for medicine, to make sure it didnt get lost in my new house while I was unpacking, and made suggestions on how I could make some repairs to furniture that was damaged prior to my move. They were both thoughtful and made me feel like they really want me to feel at home when everything was said and done. Ive been raving about them every chance I get.
