On moving day there was quite a bit of confusion. After a detailed description of what items my house contained, the movers were surprised at the discrepancy between what the office told them and what I actually had.
However, the office immediately addressed the situation, remidied all issues and stayed true to their quote and pricing.
The 3 movers I had were fantastic!!!!!!! Cordial, professional and efficient. The move took much longer than anticipated but in the end, all items were taken care of.
The office staff manger talked to me directly about the issues with my move, took care of all issues and was extremely professional and friendly.
Would have absolutely no reservations using them again.

Our recent experience with two men and a truck was great. From the time I called to get info, received a call to confirm, and the moving team was awesome. They were right on time and so friendly and most of all extremely careful. I have to honestly say that because of the two gentlemen who moved us is what made the experience so pleasant and that is why I would recommend two men and a truck to anyone and would use the company again.

The truck was 1.5 hours late meeting me at the storage unit. No phone call from the office alerting me to the extreme delay. I called after 30 minutes. Office said they were running late. Should be there in 20 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes, still no truck. Office said they saw them leave 10 minutes ago, Should be there any minute. Called back and said they were lost. Once they arrived, they did a fine job. I feel that the office staff should have called me and let me know there was a delay instead of having me wait in my car for 1.5 hours.

Everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful. The movers showed up later than stated, but really to no fault of their own (precious customer refused shipment and they had to go back to the office). We were amazed how quickly they loaded and unloaded the truck. The third mover was pulled off to go to another client (due to another mover having a death in the family, I believe), but Mike and Shane were great at unloading! Great team!!!

However, I was very disappointed by the price (extremely expensive) for a 75 mile move. In the future I will do anything possible to avoid using such an expensive moving service.
