My experience with 2 men was great. Very easy to arrange with the moving consultant, very efficient. The guys who moved us were fantastic, they were clean, courteous, had a great attitude, and were very friendly and cooperative.

Two guys moved a desk upstairs into my house last year.
Called you to remove it after I've moved and your mover showed up, said it took three people, walked off without completing the rest of the work, and no-one from your office bothered to call and tell me that the work was not done or to reschedule it. I called in, was told I'd be contacted, no call. At this point I am out of town after a move, making it difficult to get someone into the house again, looking for a competent operation to get the furniture removed.

Your office staff did not respond to my e-mails nor did they call me the day before my move. I was told when I made the reservation that I would be contact the day before and during the move. Shane S. and Mike S. (my movers) were excellent! They were polite, used their time efficiently, and were a joy to work with. It’s unfortunately that your office staff are not as dependable as the movers were.

Complaint: first estimation of 1.25 X 26 (Cory) foot truck was wrong. The load was 2 full times a 26 foot truck. This caused chaos, as I could not get a second truck last minute anywhere. on moving day and needed to be out of the house before closing. I had two SUVS and a small UHaul in addition for the estimated 20-25 % extra on the load, but these were not NEARLY sufficient. A second full truck load and double the expense took an additional 10 days to settle. My ove was done in two parts over two weeks, costing 2x as much. A second full load is much different than 20-25% over.
Office staff: Kind, prompt, helpful over and over again. MOVERS WERE OUTSTANDING, REQUESTED FOR THE SECOND MOVE TOO - BILL AND MARK TEAM OUT OF LOVES PARK - COURTEOUS, CAREFUL, FAST, PRECISE, 10/10 - THANKS!

Your men took great care moving some very heavy and/or over-sized pieces of furniture from a storage locker to my basement on a very hot and humid day. They did the job well and quickly, and were cheerful while doing it. It was a pleasure to meet them. The whole experience was in extreme contrast to the experience my neighbor had with a different company which seemed to belong to the Russian mafia; they mistreated her in every way and she felt afraid to protest. I have total confidence in your company to be as good as your word.
