Movers went to drop off before pickup cite. They did not come prepared with proper equipment. Damaged multiple items because they neglected to use any blankets or padding. Took longer than necessary (also due to not having proper equipment), resulting me being charged more than needed.

The men that came to move my piano were extremely helpful, courteous, and careful. When they arrived here, they realized that the safest way to move the piano without injury or damage would be to go outside as opposed to directly up the steep stairs. They even took their time to return to the shop to get a few tools that would help ensure that the piano was not damaged. They were quick and polite and definitely helpful. I would recommend and use again, for sure! Thank you!

Didn’t protect furniture from dirt. For example, couch was dirty on one side. They didn’t wrap furniture property well or at all with some things. They didn’t properly pack the truck. They did not wrap the refrigerator and refrigerator doors. The refrigerator and doors were dented upon arrival. They pushed some of the furniture on the floor and legs bent. Much more.
