Movers were great but were 1 1/2 hours late on the day of the delivery. We initially set up a time for our delivery for 12:30 on 10/26. When my wife called to confirm, they said the delivery time was 3:00. After a lengthy conversation, the delivery was back to 12:30. On the day of the move, the truck had not yet arrived and it was 2:00 at the time. My wife called again to check and apparently they never changed the time back to 12:30. My wife asked for a discount and was told that they would not give one and you can guess the frustration this caused my wife. On the the moving day, I confirmed the delivery time for 12:30 with the driver. I am not sure what happened but I know my wife was very upset with the people in the office and how she was treated. Again, the movers were great

The guys were awesome!! Very professional and took care with our stuff. They’d had a difficult job before ours, but were still upbeat. Kim called me to let me know they were running late, b/c of difficult job, and apologized. Even though we weren’t in a rush, I did appreciate the update and the fact that the company was on top of it and kept me informed!!
The guys were very polite and followed what I asked them to do.
This was our easiest move ever!! And it’s because of TGAAT!!!
We will absolutely ALWAYS use Two Men & A Truck for everything related to moving!!

We had a good experience; however, some items left in the dresser drawers as instructed were shifted and made a mess post move. Also some of our patio furniture has what appears to be rust/paint on it? Together with our old driveway. We also encountered some bins stacked haphazardly and bins without lids being put under 3 other storage totes. Our movers worked very hard and were very nice, but I would have appreciated a little bit more care with some of our items. Thanks.

The two guys that came out. Was on time very professional, fast. They didn’t stand around thinking of what to take next. They had it together. We were very pleased with the movers. Would hire them again.
