What a wonderful time, the guys were hilarious. They came in, grabbed all of my boxes and furniture, and moved an entire 2 bedroom apartment to my new place (including drive time) in about 5 hours. The most painless move I've ever done (and this is my fourth move in 6 years). And, you can't beat the price! Definitely going to use again.
One thing, I am a clock collector and they did handle my antiques a bit rough. Sometimes ignoring the "this side up" and "fragile" notices on a box or two. So, if you're packing your own stuff, make sure to pack your delicate stuff extra well so as to avoid any risk of breaking. Luckily, nothing broke, so I cannot complain. Other than this, an excellent time!

The movers were fabulous! Super strong! They picked up stuff like it weighed nothing. They were very careful. Never damaged anything. And they were so fast. In and out before I knew it! Plus they were so sweet to my kids. My son was watching them move stuff and they stopped to show him how strong they were and told him to eat good food and exercise. Thank you for that!!!!

Excellent job by 2 men and a truck. It was a stormy and gloomy day when the crew arrived. But they worked through the rain.

My biggest concern about the service was whether there would be any possible damage to the home we were leaving. We had some quite large pieces of furniture on a second story that had to be moved over/around a wooden railing and down a stairway. Bill and Mark were AWESOME!!! They had over 35 years combined in the business and they were exceptional! The only thing I wish I would have done differently was to have had them pack up our WHOLE house, instead of just the big furniture items! Niki - Illinois

I unfortunately left numerous messages with the office, with no response. The man who gave the quote was VERY nice, but told me he'd have 3 guys on the move. Only 2 showed up and we were not finished until 11:15pm. When the 2 arrived at our home in the morning (35 minutes late), they asked if they were delivering the next day - I had to explain that we were told we'd be packed up and then unloaded within one day. They said it would be no problem, but we were all very tired by 11:15 pm.

What kept this from being excellent was: 1. The office got both addresses wrong which added time onto the move. And unfortunately I didn't catch this one in time to change it. 2. The movers did not bring a screw driver and the one I loaned them has gone missing.
