In a previous move, I had used Two Men and. Truck and was very happy with the job. The office is easy to work with and their price quotes are very accurate! The team of movers I had this time (Joe D., Diontae, & Malik) were outstanding! They had to navigate two flights of twisting stairs and did so carefully and expediently. Moving is stressful enough( I am grateful for the excellent service!

Movers were great but were 1 1/2 hours late on the day of the delivery. We initially set up a time for our delivery for 12:30 on 10/26. When my wife called to confirm, they said the delivery time was 3:00. After a lengthy conversation, the delivery was back to 12:30. On the day of the move, the truck had not yet arrived and it was 2:00 at the time. My wife called again to check and apparently they never changed the time back to 12:30. My wife asked for a discount and was told that they would not give one and you can guess the frustration this caused my wife. On the the moving day, I confirmed the delivery time for 12:30 with the driver. I am not sure what happened but I know my wife was very upset with the people in the office and how she was treated. Again, the movers were great
