The team we had was great and I’m so grateful for their help!

I ended up with three men and a truck! They did such a wonderful job and the back stairs are rather treacherous, but it was no problem to move a couch down stairs. I will recommend you guys to anyone needing help with moving. Fantastic!

James M and Kevin were fantastic!! They were able to get our queen box spring sets up our stairs easily when the furniture delivery company couldn't. They were friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. The office staff was very thorough and helpful as well. Thanks for everything!

1. Office follow up when I had questions was slow or non existent.
2. The communication during the packing day was not good. Packers arrived late without any calls to myself.
3. The packers did not label the boxes per the room they were in. This made us open most boxes as the movers brought them into the house and slowed things down.
4. Because you had a delay in the packers arrival, you ended up sending 9 packers to my home. The house is not big enough for 9 packers so I feel I paid for dead time because there was not that much to do. I expressed this concern and no one listened.
5. There were noted damages to my old home. Discussed and documented this with the lead mover. No one followed up to discuss even though I was told multiple times that they would.
6. Many pieces of my furniture where damaged. I believe this was due to poor wrapping and placement on the truck. And loose items, like bicycles where damaged because they threw them on top of the pile in the truck to try to make them fit.
7. Damage to my new home was not documented or discussed as the crew was rushing to leave.

Not all was negative as the moving crew was nice and courteous. They were attentive to our questions when on site and they did a good job communicating. I felt they worked hard and did have our interests in mind. But maybe need some training when wrapping furniture and loading/stacking on the truck.
I hope this review is used for training. Like I said, the moving crew was very nice to work with, just need some further training.
And I had hoped that follow up would have happened on damages. I have went back and fixed most myself except with some of the furniture as it was scratch too deep for simple repairs.

Our movers were Brick, Ryan, and Shawn in Peoria, and they did an AMAZING job!! They were so friendly and relaxed, which really took away so much of the stress of moving. They finished exactly on time and made sure we were happy throughout the whole process. We couldn't have done it without them!

The only hitch was that when we received our confirmation documents, they still reflected our previous move from 4 years ago (old addresses and home contents), but my spouse was able to get back on the phone and review everything over again and it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will highly recommend this service to anyone who is moving!

We have used 2 Men and a Truck before and this time Did Not disappoint us either! From the booking office to the drivers and movers we were impressed by how professional they were! They were also so very polite and helpful! Would recommend to anyone who needed to move!!

I asked Two Men And A Truck to move a piano from Peoria to our home in Morton. From my first call to when the job was done, Two Men And A Truck did a fantastic job. Office staff was thoughtful and upfront with costs. The moving team was all smiles and very careful with the piano. I will happily recommend their services without hesitation.
