Miguel, Myles, Gabriel, and Jorge were amazing! They were super efficient and careful at the same time and had me moved in less time than I thought, which saved me money! They are the best and should be rewarded!!!

The movers did a great job, they were very careful with everything.
Only problem I had was the cost of their return trip. I was told that they would charge from move in location back to your closest facility to that location and they charge me 45 minutes back to mundelein instead of Schaumburg. Not a bid deal,Joe C. was very kind and considerate the same for Ramon A. Thank you

The entire experience was excellent. Starting with Kem in the office. She explained everything leaving nothing unknown. The two gentlemen,
Mario J. and Brandon D., were outstanding. They were prompt, careful and respectful. They asked numerous times if everything was going to my satisfaction and wanted to make sure that the moving experience was outstanding. Prior to departure, they made sure that everything was in the proper location or if I wanted to move any items around. I will certainly refer Two Men and a Truck to others and will use the service again if the need ever arises.

John L was absolutely useless - a ton of attitude towards me, dropped things, and then got into a shouting match with another mover in our driveway - nice way to introduce ourselves to the new neighbors! He then proceeded to sit in the truck and pout for an hour. Supervisor on the phone promised we'd be refunded for that time - I guess that was an empty promise, no check yet. The other two movers Jonathan and Demetrius were terrific and had to be apologetic - promote them for having to put up with John L and still getting the job done.

Diego and Javers were great workers and very friendly. They worked carefully and explained procedures to us. We didn't have a lot to move. My mom was relocating into an Assisted Living Community. Family members were unable to move furniture because of surgeries, and limitations to weight. I would highly recommend Diego and Javers to help in your move. I am sure we will use them again.

STEVEN
The entire experience was remarkably stress free. The office was courteous and detail oriented with great follow-up. The local manager visited on site during the move ----very assuring that they cared----and in total support. Most of all, the 3 man team was courteous, extremely organized and worked very efficiently. They dealt with a surprise obstruction----extremely long hallways--at the delivery point, without expressing any discomfort.

I have used Two Men and a Truck in Schaumburg, IL for three moves in the last year. Each experience has been great, but my move on May 7, 2018 was the best. Javers and Mario were excellent! They were very friendly, polite, and professional. They took extra care to protect my belongings for storage for several months. I will be using Two Men and a Truck again soon and will be requesting Javers and Mario! Thank you, too, to the office staff for your great service and help coordinating my moving dates.
