Overall, good experience. Only issue was confusion over boxes. I was not asked over the phone prior to the move if I had packed boxes. When the movers arrived, they stated they had to adjust the estimated move time since I had boxes. Not sure how this was overlooked. Otherwise, the moving team did a good job. They were professional and hustled. Had an issue getting a dresser up the stairs to the second floor. They did the best they could and offered for another crew to attempt to get it up. If you get Kilbert, Edward, and Darion, I can assure you that you will be in good hands. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the hard work.

The moving team was very professional, personable and friendly; they had a great attitude. They were courteous, helpful and sincere. The team covered and wrapped all furniture and items. Our project was to move several items within our house. I don't think that too many people understand that you do this kind of work. As we get older, such services are important and needed. I think a home mailing with a coupon would provide you a great deal of business.
