They were not only helpful and polite but extremely professional. We had a 10/10 of experience due to them. Lance and Tyrone were wonderful! They communicated with me every step of the way and answered all my questions. They were pleasant to talk to and very professional in their handling of the move. I have recommended them to my friend who is also moving soon and will use them again if I have the need. Your crew arrived at my house a bit ahead of schedule. I appreciated the call alerting me that they were on the way. Jade, Kerandre and Manny were great. The first thing they did was review the furniture I had to move so they could plan their work. Jade reviewed the paperwork, and the team got to work. I could not believe the speed and careful work. Not a scratch on anything. I was concerned about my piano - they handled it perfectly. We were on the way to the storage location quickly. The unpacking went just as smoothly. I don’t think the job took more than about 1 ¼ hours end-to-end

To sum it up: your crew was friendly, competent, very careful. When my remodeling is complete, I will call to schedule a return of my furniture, and ask for the same crew.

We had requested 2 employees that had done a previous move for us. They were originally scheduled, but the day of the move they were not available. Two Men and a Truck sent two other employees and we were equally satisfied with the job.

Shaun and Tyrone were fantastic. They worked well as a team and were very professional. We ran into a few issues dissasembling a bed, but they persevered and did not stop until the job was complete. Shaun felt horrible about the extra time it took on the bed and called his supervisor to let him know that it was his fault and not to charge me for the extra time, and to
show the bill that he took a break when they really did not take a break. They worked every single second while they were with me. Shaun was a true professional and worked through his allergies to my cat with out a single complaint. Both Shaun and Trone were personable, and explained everything very thoroughly with me. I would absolutely recommend both Shaun and Tyrone to any of my friends and family.
