Overall our experience
Using the service was good but the individuals had to be told everything twice. They were not careful with the boxes which had FRAGILE written on them and we had broken glasses and plates. The furniture they moved was fine except that when they assembled the parts to move were not put in the right manner

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. My movers, Richie and Nigel were excellent. They were very professional and careful bringing my belongings down a flight a stairs. Christina did a wonderful job with logistics. She was welcoming and professional. Appreciate the follow up the next day too! Your team seems to put a high priority on customer care and reputation. PJ and Ariel were exceedingly careful during the move which included going up 3 flights of stairs. ( sadly no elevator). They worked hard and competently. The job was well done. Thank you.

Great company to work with. Great communication when scheduling, we had to push our move back a few days and they made that easy. On moving day, the guys were polite, quick and efficient. They made sure that we had everything where we wanted it. The office followed up to make sure everything was going well during the move and that we were happy after the move. Very pleased with the service!

The two young men called before arriving stating their arrival time. Once on site, they never slowed down, were very careful with my possessions (extra care with antiques) took timetoexplain best way to arrange furniture. Declined lunch twice ! Just worked quickly & finished within time constraints of community. Carole

We were extremely happy with our experience with the office staff who checked in with us every step of the way, from the estimate to the arrival of the team and throughout the move. Kevin and Jose called in advance, were on time, efficient and friendly.
