I could not be more happy with the service I received from both the office team and my moving team. An emergency situation caused me to delay my move the day before it was scheduled and the office staff was very accommodating to my last minute change of plans.
Robert, CJ, and Marcus were super helpful, friendly, and polite. They moved quickly and were even able to fit in more items than I originally thought I would need moved. The whole team made a seemingly stressful day a piece of cake and I was very happy and appreciative of their services.

Eli,Marcus and Christian were wonderful. Very professional and took good care of our property. Very pleasant people to work with.

Scott and rob along with the 2 Brandon’s were fantastic. When they first came to move my stepdaughter I called and request them for the packing and moving of our things. I was happy I was able to retain them. They were awesome

Difficult circumstances surrounded my move, but on moving day, Christian, Josh, Bryan Charlie and worked as a team to load up my things in a professional, thorough and timely manner. The moving team was very respectful.

Overall, the move was great but I had to call two or three local offices to get the one I needed after I had already explained my whole move, address, items to be moved, etc. They were trying to save me money, which I appreciated, however, it was frustrating having to call another office after I just gave the 1st office all my move info and none of it was on file for the 2nd office I called. It would be great if your system can update with all my information no matter what office I call so I don't have to provide all my info multiple times depending on if I'm using a different Two Men Office (which I obviously am because I moved...) Once that was settled everything went smoothly and I had a great experience working with each individual I came in contact with, the system was the issue.

Jeff, the lead mover, was very accommodating with a few changes I made and was able to adapt quite easily. They were all very polite, helpful and efficient (Josfia, & Eli other 2 movers). The communication with all the personnel, office staff (especially Kate, at the Downers Grove, IL. office) as well as movers, was very helpful to us.

The move went smoothly and quickly. Our thanks to every one.

The moving team was nice but not well prepared. They needed bottles of water, asked to charge their phones, needed scissors for cutting the wrap off of furniture and tools for door removal. Most upsetting was that to finalize payment with a credit card I had to write down my cc number on the form. Less than one week after my move date my credit card company noticed fraudulent charges on my card and had to reissue a new card to me. Two men and a truck is the only place I had to write down my card number so it made me suspect that as the place where my card number may have been obtained. Anywhere else I have used my card it is encrypted. Overall the movers did an okay job.
