I was clear we were going from stop 1 to stop 2 (to pick up more stuff in storage) then stop 3 unload everything. The paperwork was wrong - and they went stop 1 then to 3 then to 2 back to 3. 30 mins was taken off my bill, but far more time was lost than that. I found out this is not unusual for TMAAT. Then there is a big grind streak in my freshly cleaned carpet from dragging a 400 pound desk across it. Looks bad. Won’t come out. Everything else went fine.

Everything was perfect, except while pulling away fro building. the truck clipped the further, I will need reimbursement for damages of property.

Nice job - only problem was rolling a dresser across hardwood floors created scuff marks that I will have to have buffed out.

The guys were on time and fun and worked fast. Overall my experience was great, just a few things were broken and damaged that makes me not to give excellent to all questions. One vase and a ceramic serving's top were broken in the box even though was wrapped well. ( I don't care about those two as much but while they were pushing the leather sofa into the front door they Ripped the side of it. (Two year old newer sofa) and the top two of the lamp seems to be pushed and now broken so the shade doesn't stay on it and keep tipping to one side. The dishes I understand happens by moving but damages to those two big pieces could have been avoided by wrapping the sofa better and locating the lamp in a safer spot in the truck. I was happy with the movers and tipped them well but sad about damages

The office staff was very courteous.
The movers came on time, and were very respectful and polite. However, a number of my items were broken including a vanity set and a mug, and I was not informed. A number of items were misplaced despite being appropriately labeled according to the room where they were supposed to be placed. Instructions had to be given to movers a number of times regarding what items to pick up and where to place them; even then, some items were left behind at the old home and others were misplaced at the new home.

I wish I had time to send this review sooner. But, I was very VERY disappointed with my move. To start, they were admitedely running late. I was charged for 4 hours, when it honesty should not have been more than 3. See that everything was packed, packaged and wrapped, and coming out of a storage unit - to an apartment - there is no way it should have taken that long. They were moving so slow, that I literally started moving stuff MYSELF. I was pulling stuff out of storage, wheeling it down, hanging up into truck.. at the delivery, I got up in the truck too. Upon arrival to apartment, aside from a few big items, everything just had to be piled along the wall. The HOURS it took was extremely unacceptable. Oh, and 2 items got broke, 1 of which the mover tried to cover up.

The crew worked well together and were very polite. While in their truck, I heard some language that I didn’t appreciate, as my children were in close proximity. Also, at least one of them was vaping in the back of the truck while in my driveway.
I was highly disappointed that the crew didn’t have adequate coverage for my new hardwood stairs and floors. I had to clean the floors after they left. I explained to them that we don’t wear shoes indoors, and was told they had nothing to protect my stairs.

Upon delivery of goods: when paying, was given papers to check off saying that I had checked the truck and all goods were off. Never given opportunity to see truck. One clothing box arrived smashed. When finally getting all boxes unpacked, realized that one box was missing (Kitchen ware). Called and was told "we will check into it". No response. Called back, was told a manager would look into it. Still no response. While the missing items only amounted to around $200, they need to be replaced--2 sets of stainless steel silverware, set of knives (paring, butcher, etc.), kitchen utensils. If I were in need of a moving company in the future, I would not call Two Men and a Truck.

I used Two Men and Truck twice before and they all did a great job.

Gary and his team were great. All three men had a wonderful attitude which made moving a less tedious. I was expecting the movers to show up irritated because it was pouring rain on the day I chose to move, but they didn’t seem affected by the weather at all. My move was completed two hours ahead of schedule which was great because not only did it save me money, it gave me more time to unpack and settle in before picking my kids up from school. The only complaint I have is that they made a big brown streak on my bedroom carpet, but we will blame that on the inclement weather, not the moving team. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend two men and a truck to anyone who asks my opinion on a moving company.
