one thing I dislike was cost. I feel like I get quoted hourly then I am surprised with final bill of HUGE cost.

Relatively small, local move. Kate in the office was very helpful. She explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. I provided a description of the items I needed to move, she calculated the time it would take and gave me the cost estimate ( which was pretty much right on).
The 2 movers, Randy and David were great. Covered the furniture with moving blankets and secured everything well. They were very careful moving the larger items through doorways and on the stairs, and there were some tight fits involved. Will use again in the future.

Our moving experience was outstanding. The office staff was very helpful and the moving team was terrific. Our moving team was Robert, Gary, C.J. and Steve. This was our very first time using a moving professional. We really didn't know what to expect and what to do. Your team made it easy and even fun for us.
