Hello, overall I am happy with services. I am still waiting for a call back about the damage to property, several boxes not being placed in correct place (though labeled..living room boxes ended up in garage) and removal of an extremely large misc box I did not request..or authorize...that has been placed w/my small items (INCLUDING MY STEREO) in a my garage. soo as thiese are taken care of, all wll be good

The information I received over the phone and in print was helpful. The moving people were punctual and courteous. We had some very large and heavy items. They were able to move them out with a minimal amount of bumps and bruises. They worked right along and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Overall we were satisfied with the move.

Careless handling of my property. The cost of the damage to my property likely exceeded the cost of the service

Excellent service and job well done by the movers. However, a box went missing between moving out and moving in. I do not suspect it was stolen, but I think it was left on the truck and possibly delivered to their next client. I have reached out to the office three times and have been called back once. They said the box wasn’t left on the truck. I called again and left a message asking them to reach out to their other client that day to see if they received a box that wasn’t theirs. Nobody has called me back. The contents of that box included wedding gifts from our wedding 7 months ago.

I had a hard time setting up the appointment, the movers were 2 hours late, they broke a large piece and dented my wall. I still haven’t heard anything from the office about the damage.
The last time I moved I worked with a different office and was extremely happy.
This was a nightmare

I needed a moving company last minute & Two Men & a Truck was able to accommodate. However, I clearly explained I only had 4 items to move & the customer rep explained moves can be scheduled in 3hr increments but I would only pay for the time upon which they arrived, moved my items & returned to the depot. The day of, the mover said that the clock starts upon his drive from his previous drop-off, which was 50 min away. The 2 movers took over an hour to load 4 items, misheard my directions & started breaking down a bedframe I asked not to touch. Upon arriving at the destination one of my items was damaged, which I'm in the process of filing a claim. Also, I was later told by a neighbor that the movers tossed their bag of garbage on our street upon departing. Overall, extremely disappointed!

Three young men moved us and they were all very personable. Nate was the driver and more or less in charge...the other two were Donavan C...and D'Andrea W??? Not sure if I have spelled there names correctly...anyway they came in wrapped up the furniture, quickly and professionally...left and delivered, unloaded and set everything up in an amazing time frame...I did have one broken piece of furniture, the curio cabinet had the base cracked and split...I was in tacked when leaving the house but my son said it could have had a crack that we missed so not sure...just know that it was in tack when leaving the beginning destination...over all I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck...

Movers had trouble using condo dock. They did not say that they had minimally damaged bay door and you have been contacted by my condo. I just trust that this will be taken care of And I will bear no additional costs.
Otherwise, I am very happy with the service

My items that I have owned for over 10 yrs are now missing after the move from a 2 bedroom apartment into a 4 bedroom house. I live alone and boxed all of my items myself. Therefore, I am certain of my missing items. I noticed my missing boxed of items after unpacking the night of the move. I called the phone number listed for Two Men and A Truck the very next day and left a message. I am furious about the lost/theft of my sentimental items that I have own for so many years.

Was estimated to take 1-3 hours...simple one bedroom apartment moving from third floor down to first floor.....tool 4.25 hours. Ridiculous The exact same , move was 2 hours ---when we moved in from Evergreen Park---and then it was walking up the stairs to third floor. Sent over 30 minutes moving a simple yet heavy desk---splintered one leg of it. Did not even take stuff from closets although was told. Did not take all the stuff from patio although was told. I am handicapped.....and despite moving up and down the 3 floors over 10 times was not able to instruct them or review at the end....assumed they DID TAKE everything from closets, etc. Let Ironing Board, lamps, patio stuff,etc. I have moved 26 times....this was worst moving company ever and would NEVER recommend.
