My phone call to the service desk from the area code was local, the truck was not if I had know that i was going to be charge for travel to and from there location I would have not Used this Company, this was not explained to me at the service desk, My furniture was not handle with care as it was dragged across the ground. I never got a response back after emailing and texting service desk regarding Government / Veteran/ Military discounts. I work for the Department of Veterans affairs we have used this service to move Hot/warm/and cold Computer data centers, this is how i came to know this company.

I am very displeased with the service that I received this time. Two people were sent out to move a house, only one person was doing all the moving in which me and my sister had to help. One of the staff was more concern with paper work instead of helping the other move. All boxes (it was not 100 boxes as the staff that was concerned with paper work stated. I feel as if being a woman I was taken advantage of. Your company moved me to the location were they were moving me from and I had way more stuff then. This current move had no beds to move. just about all items were in the living room. A house that was already boxed up should not have taken 9 hrs to move. I just noticed my Dehumidufer is missing. Not enough space to go on with my disappointment so I will be going to Yelp.

I was very happy with my movers. Rod and Ray were courteous and took good care of my belongings. One piece of furniture was left on the truck, which is not a huge deal, but I had to call 3 times to the office to get a response. I understand the company is busy, but to have to call 3 times over 2 days to get some sort of response was concerning. I did get my belongings back unharmed the next day, which was appreciated. I will recommend 2 Men and Truck as I liked the overall service, but even a text or email saying a customer has been heard when they call with a concern would be appreciated.

I had a very good experience when I used Two Men and a Truck before, but this time the team had no care with some items (even if I have explained how fragile they were and asked for special care).
Also, ater breaking the legs of the media center, they kept saying that they didn't do it and it was broken before. But if it was broken before, the legs should have fallen when they started carrying it, and not in the truck. Also, the item was bought and assembled in the previous house and has never been moved, so no reasons for being broken before the move.

The moving crew was on time and very polite. They worked hard and seemed efficient. With that said, much of our furniture was damaged and many walls were damaged. We had just spent $3500 having the whole townhouse we were moving to painted. The walls were in mint condition. The damage done to our walls, woodwork and furniture is going to take quite a while and more funds to fix. I would not recommend this company because of this. It seemed two of the members of the crew knew what they were doing and the other two were just young men who needed a job and didn't know how to properly move things without damage.

Not happy at all, the team of Kyle, Davonte,and Ryan did not care about damage to items . Davonte and Ryan got a chair stuck in the stairwell and broke the light fixture. During the move they also damaged a corner of leather sectional, this was discovered upon delivery when the sectional was brought in, as soon as it was put in place Davonte removed the plastic ( if not removed we would be able to see the damage to plastic in the same spot as damage to sectional) I am curious as to why only that wrap was removed. When damage was discovered Davonte claimed it was already there before the move, if so why did he not bring this to Kyles attention before the move. I have called customer care several times left my number and have not heard back almost a month after the move, please respond

I was verbally quoted a 3 hour minimum by Britney, but was told by the mover when he left that it is a four hour minimum. They left at 12:15 but wrote 12:50 on the ticket. When I asked him to change it he said “it doesn’t matter I can change it to 12:15 but we are still going to charge you four hours.” They didn’t pack boxes for the kitchen as I requested. There were about 4-6 boxes to pack in the kitchen and Britney (office)said they could do it that day but Anthony (mover) told me it had to be scheduled the day before. My craft table is broken, a tv stand is missing, and when I asked about these items to Britney, she told me an email with a claim form would be forthcoming and then hung up on me. There are communication problems now that I didn’t have last time I used this company.

The crew chief was good, but during the course of packing up my first house, one of the moving crew team members stole money and a credit card from my wallet. Several items were damaged when I unpacked them which isn’t surprising given that one of the team was manhandling things the entire time and had no respect for my property. They broke a several and hid a part of an antique radio that I didn’t know they broke in my basement of the original house which I just found during clean up. It was not a pleasant experience and I keep finding new things that were damaged or unreported as I sort through the move and unpacking. The office staff was professional but given all these issues, I would not recommend their services to anyone.

It was the most disastrous moving experience I have had or ever heard of anyone I know to have ever experienced. It took twice as long the time as estimated, the move was understaffed from the beginning, so the movers got tired after 8 hours of loading, damaged my walls and expensive hardwood floors dropping furniture. My furniture and personal affects were delivered to my new home at 10p in the dark and all dumped in rooms, nothing set up or reassembled. The movers kept a TV and $600 speaker for two days beyond the move and returned an unwrapped television and damaged speaker to my doorstep days later. Absolutely ridiculous that I’ve called 20 times this week to try to reconcile this bill and gone unanswered. I will be sure to be very public about this horrible customer service.

Only concerns were that after being told to leave items in dressers, a pair of earrings was lost and a blouse was damaged after being wedged between drawers. Second concern is that lamps were partially disassembled and one is missing a finial to hold shade in place,and another has globe hanging loose as a connection was dislodged.
