My mover Kyle was extremely unprofessional, avoided effective communication that hindered the move and added time and frustration. Kyle continued to make remarks that were rude, inappropriate and unnecessary. They left items without communicating with us that they would not be taking them. We had to pay additional people after the move to successfully move the items which included a treadmill that only the wheels needed to be removed! The movers took over an hour to put little stickers on all my items and manually write up an inventory list of which I was never informed they would do this. One of the young men smelled of "funk" and it was an offensive order and I smelled him instantly upon walking through my door. I will never use or recommend 2 men and a truck again!!

Was extremely disappointed with how we asked for our interior items to be packed. Literally everything was dumped into a box. We paid extra to have it packed up, and I could have done the same by throwing everything into a box. I can't get over how unprofessional they allow this. I was told my office would have been wrapped, instead I have hundreds of items I am trying to decipher, there is absolutely no organization. Extremely disappointed with this. We did have several items break through out the move, we understand this happens - we aren't too happy about it, however again going back to the interior packing is a disaster.

I emailed back to Mr. Denton and I got no response back from him. My printer broken, large picture glass frame broken, wood cabinet scratched and two night stands scratched. I have use two man and a truck before in 2017 and they did took care of my things. As I communicated via email is because of my hearing impaired. So, I got no response, no one cared, now doing this review.

The driver (Ron) was very good. But his partner could not lift, did not care about the items that he was moving and worked very slow. If Ron had a good partner the job would have been done in 4 hours top, not the 5.5 that it took and we had to help them. They did damage one of the dressers and a wall that needs to be repaired before I close on the house, because he could not lift, or knew what he was doing. I feel that I should receive some kind of refund because of the lack of experience the movers had. I used your company before and move a much bigger house in less time than it took this team. GET RON a new partner that can lift furniture.

Over all the moving team was very good. Their were a couple of things I was not happy with. One was the cost to move a small safe. I was changed $100 for the guys two guys to lift it onto the truck. I had already moved it out to the garage myself, I was told it was company policy. I think you should consider the size before charging for it to be moved. The other thing was I was charged for five men as we have a baby panio, it is not a string one, so it does not weight a lot and they did not even use the special mover. A final note a little more care should have been given to the edges of the furniture, as I'm sure some of the edge have how been damage. All items went into storage, which will remain for sometime.

Sorry to give you all a bad review. but my dinning room table was damaged and the response was...Well you had X on the floor and I did see that you didn't clean. Long and short the dinning table was placed face down on floor on your staff pushed along floor. When table was lifted there was a large gouge in the table. It may not be able to be fixed according to the people we have sent picture to. It was just a slip in judgement for sure. But the one involved should have said, my fault, not you had something on the floor, you floor was clean. Will I use Two Men Again, most likely not. Not sure, there was damage on my in laws move so your guys are 0 for 2

LOADING: boxes/containers being brought up from basement and upstairs were not being set down with care, they were being handled roughly in setting them down. From what I observed items were just being thrown on the truck. UNLOADING: Queen box spring felt fabric is half torn off; queen bed frame leg is broke; table surfaces are scratched; heavy boxes are stacked on lighter ones 4-5 high; containers are thrown on top of the boxes with the lids half on and contents spilling out; I get a call one week later saying that they forgot one of my tv's on the truck and will be bringing it by. So that makes me wonder what else is missing and or damaged that I won't find out until I organize everything?

Damaged property,. Still waiting for the office to send us paperwork to complete to get items repaired or replaced. Over charged for time and miliege office said it would investigate and get back to me. Have not heard back yet.

The move was great they worked very hard. I did tip them each a large tip. My garden hose was left in a garage bag in the truck and a small box. I had called Ray who was one of my movers and he is very polite and told me he would bring me my things last Tuesday. He had not. I called him again and he was going to bring them to my work today it is now 5 minutes to 4:00 pm and no show or call to me. I am disappointed in him I had thought he was a great young man. I am not calling him back and regret my large gracious tip.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to complete a damage report. My items once placed on the truck were not properly secured for the transport. The movers didn't wrap any of my wood furniture prior leaving the initial location which put additional time and money onto the time for my move to be completed. I consistently communicated with the office regarding any holes in the walls, damage to and/or broken furniture pieces/tiles, concerns with time, lack of customer service and listening to my concerns as a customer. I'm still missing 1 t.v and three glass pieces to my living room furniture.
