My moving team was exceptional. The scheduling experience I found redundant and annoying - calls were never answered and when called back I would need to repeat myself again. Text and email communications were unclear and sometimes contradictory- which wound mean I’d need to pick up the phone and call - only to start the cycle again. Your text message to confirm doesn’t say what to type to do that

On time, courteous, safely handled all merchandise. Willing to place items where needed. Moved quickly and carefully. Would recommend them to anyone.
