Your men were very professional. They never stopped from the time they entered the apartment to the time they left for the new address. Both of them were very personable. When they were done, the bill was explained in detail. The only thing that slowed them down was the size and speed of the elevator at my new address.

My only issues is that the men forgot to pack two items, plus one item (that has been in my family for DECADES) was damaged...even though it may have been part of my fault, as I didn't pack it well enough.

Just want to thank Miguel S, Jose A, Duayne, and Homer for a great job. I was concerned about my large armoir and getting it down the stairs. They did great, no damage, and were cheerful despite the weight. They made my move painless and I really appreciate that!!
