I called TWICE to be sure the driver had my cell number. I had registered with another number.
I was assured by the office staff the driver would have the number.
The “two men” didn’t.
It’s really annoying and confusing for everyone when the support staff doesn’t do their job.

The moving team was efficient and professional! They made the moving experience smooth and very easy.

This was a last minute move due to a relative's illness and a 2 hour window to get moved out of the Chicago high rise. The office found a truck that could be in the area during that time frame & did a courtesy call the day The moving crew called me that morning to let me know they would be there on time. The crew was awesome. They came in and expertly got it all moved within an hour.

Two Men and a Truck did a great job! They all worked hard & the guys took care with my Mom's furniture and etc. . . They also removed heavy basement pallets and put them at the curb for us. The negatives were that the wardrobe boxes arrived late to the house, we heard one of the movers complain, and they left 2 flat beds in the hall that they borrowed from Wyndemere which was inconsiderate/rude.

Initially it was A disaster! The date was incorrect but got that corrected! Then the mover consisted of a woman who wasn’t up to the task of doing the move with her partner, and sat out almost the entire move while Ryan and I moved everything! They then changed crews and eliminated the woman and they finished the job with great experience and speed!

The 2 guys were awesome! Extremely polite and super friendly. Definitely hard workers. And the customer service person was super responsive and provided such a competitive quote that I signed up for the service that very day. Great service overall.

The movers were a little later than expected, they did a nice job but they did do a few things a little weird. They turned over on their tops our night stands - we have family pictures in them and so they should never turn things like drawers upside down, the power outlet on our side stand in living room now does not work- not sure how this got damaged. Damage waiver costs should be upfront

The two young men were professional, polite, personable, and moved all our furniture & items in correct rooms. Made are move less stressful.

Anthony and Terrell did a great job moving my stuff. They were fast, thorough, and professional.

My moving team were awesome. JT and Randy were really great and pleasant to work with. They made my move fun. I would recommend them to whomever needs professional movers. Thank you so much again, I couldn't have done this move without them!
