The movers were great on all levels. Prompt and on time, both had great attitudes, and were able to complete the move with minimal damage carrying down heavy bulky furniture. The future, all walls, and stairways (many stairs) were not even so much as touched. Everyone needs a rest and when some furniture was set down, to rest or readjust, the wood floors were scratched up some and a few gouges were left in the old place. That sucks, but they did an amazing job with everything, accidents happen, maybe some floor coverings could be added over wood floors to protect them... temp rugs, etc? I appreciate their hard work as well as the friendly office staff getting the move scheduled and the moving process explained.

I've used Two Men and a Truck for 3 personal moves. The first two were uneventful and although took a bit longer than estimated, were standard with what I would expect. This last move was the worst move I have ever had. I can't paste my entire experience here because I am capped on # of characters.

Both guys were very thoughtful and fast. We were dealing with an unexpected last minute move for my mom. It meant a lot that I could book them within a day of the move. There was one small thing, but not a big deal at all. They marked boxes that were fragile, but most boxes that I have seen were not marked for which room or a summary of what is in the box. No matter, I would totally refer you guys.

Darnell and Mike were, by far, the best movers I have ever had! I am sure they are the best you have and I appreciate getting them for my move. They worked hard, really hustled, the entire move. Their demeanor was polite and accommodating. They took great care with every step of the move and even beat me to our final destination. If they worked for me I would give them a raise!!

I hired two men and a truck to move a piece of furniture 20 feet within my home. I told the movers when they arrived that the floors were just refinished and that they were hired to move the furniture such that it didnandacirc;??t scratch. I asked that they lift the piece as to not scratch. I also told them that prior to the refinishing another moving team from their office lifted the piece, not cart needed. They insisted on using a cart with four wheels. The wheel cart scratched my floors. The whole purpose in hiring a moving team was to prevent damage, but instead the moving team inflicted damage.

The Two Men and a Truck were suggested to me by the Manager of The Buckingham condo building (360 E. Randolph), into which I was moving (Ms. Susan Kramer). The actual Two Men, whose first names were identical, by I somehow lost them, were the most professional, pleasant to interact with, polite, and caring movers I have ever met. They transferred all of my possessions, paying attention to what they were doing, and nothing has been damaged or destroyed. I am extremely pleased with their service. Barbara

This was the easiest move in and out of Chicago I have had. The movers arrived early and were extremely curteous. They took great care of my belongings and even finished earlier than expected. I felt very comfortable with them in my apartment and would highly recommend them again.
