My overall experience was positive but I was frustrated with the fact that in the middle of the move the office staff called and removed men from the moving team. Having only two men on the unloading end made the process run much slower, and therefore cost more. I'm disappointed that another move was prioritized over ours, and this was not communicated to us ahead of time.

I hired them to move literally 4 pcs of furniture, they took 20min charged me $244 and damaged 2 pcs of furniture and the door trim.

The 2 workers came into my Mom's home with a positive attitude and got to work immediately. I forgot to mention the lamps to the office. Not a problem with the moving crew, the called the office and the wrapping material for the lamps was delivered to them. The move was fast and efficient. All her items was delivered to my house.
They placed all boxes and wardrobe boxes neatly and in a way were i can still go eoom to room with no problem. Once Mom's home is finished with the updates, they will move all her belongings back and for a very reasonable price, will unpack. Luckily I can request the same 2 movers. They were awesome, professional and very nice.

Even though they initially scheduled us for a move they couldnandacirc;??t commit to, which forced us to split our move into two parts two days a part at the last minute, the team handled this excellently, and did everything we could have asked for to accommodate the error and make our move happen. They even held our stuff for us when our apartment mistakenly double booked on move ins and rescheduled the move in for the afternoon. Additionally, the movers were fantastic, and worked with an unparalleled sense of urgency. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

Drivers called to see if they could start early. They were friendly and knew their stuff. Didn't waste any time. Nothing damaged, quickly done. I couldn't ask for more.
