From the response I received by Email, to the two men who moved me, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I am in client serving and all the individuals I dealt with, especially the two movers, were excellent !

Great service- the movers were on time and ready to get going as soon as they arrived. Very respectful. Had some issues with a couple pieces of furniture but overall very satisfied. It would have been nice to know that they could not set up furniture like the beds because they have to take them down in order to do that. Would be good to know up front.

This was my first time using movers so I was a little nervous. The two men, Joshua and the other guy went far above my expectations. I usually don't go out of my way to write a good review but these two were amazing. Very professional and went the extra mile for me without hesitation. I had a set tip amount in my pocket and ended up reaching for more because I was so pleased with the job they had done. Joshua has to be one of your best movers because he did so many extra little things others probably wouldn't think of. I would seriously model your other movers after his tactics and attitude. Couldn't have been more pleased, thanks again.

I was able to book my move out only 5 days in advance. The guys showed up exactly on time, were quick and efficient in their handling of all my items, and I could tell they knew exactly what to do with every size and shape of box or piece of furniture I had. They didnt take any unnecessary extra time which would have cost me money, and were generally super friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend 2MAAT to anyone who is moving in the Chicagoland area.

At first I was very pleased with my move. The moving team seemed professional. However, 10 days after having moved in and finishing unpacking, I realized that 1) there are items missing, 2) walls were damaged, 2) floors were dirtied. (The movers left stains on my carpet with their shoes.) Also, the attitude of the leader of the moving team (his supporting staff were both good) became rude and gruff during the move. He did not reconstruct the furniture he took apart for the move and left it to me to put furniture back together, giving me only quick verbal instructions about how to do so. I am disappointed and will not use the service again.

Professional all around and any issues were quickly resolved. Would definitely refer and use again.
